- Emotions: What is the cause of emotions and why do they control us so much?
- Breaking this down: We will continue to analyze the mean girl in your head and breakdown where she comes from, what she is doing, why she is doing it.
👆Homework. This is where I want you to reflect on the mean girl. What is she saying to you? Where does this come from? The questions will guide you through it. I want you to post in the group but I do not want you to share your personal story, I want you to share what the mean girl was saying to you and how you can change that thought to a positive thought.
